We will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If a replacement is appropriate a new print will be despatched.

If a refund is appropriate a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

You will be responsible for costs incurred in returning your items. The return shipping cost will be added to your refund or a replacement item will be sent free of post and packaging.
